Silverstone Circuit

Silverstone's 18 corners carry some of motorsport's most storied names, built into a former RAF airfield and christened by the Royal Automobile Club in 1949. Abbey takes its name from a nearby medieval abbey, Copse cuts along the edge of old Chapel Copse woodland, and the high-speed Maggotts-Becketts complex remains one of the most demanding corner sequences on any calendar.
