Sepang International Circuit

Malaysia · 5.5 km · 15 corners
About this track

Sepang was designed by Hermann Tilke as the prototype for his modern circuit style, opening in 1999 as Asia's first purpose-built Grand Prix venue. Its wide 15-corner layout — up to 22 metres across in places — gives riders room to attack from multiple lines, while tropical heat and sudden monsoon downpours have made it one of racing's most physically demanding stops.
